AviMan: Making Notes

Making observations, recording observations, taking actions based on these observations and recording these actions are essential components of successful aviary management. For example you may wish to record that a particular bird is unwell or that it is moulting. For a pair, you may wish to record the date when a nest box was provided or the date the pair was seen mating. For a species, you may wish to note down when the breeding season begins or the average clutch size. For a particular clutch, you may want to record information about fostering or incubation habits of the parents.

AviMan allows you to make notes regarding a species, bird, pairing or clutch. Select the object you wish to make a note for and right-click. In the pop-up menu select Edit Notes. This will open up a note book form where you may record your observation or action along with a date. To view these notes visit the general information page of the species, bird, pair or clutch where the last 5 notes will be displayed. To see all previous notes click on the notes button.

  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It is really the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 42 lbs lighter than we do.

(Just so you know, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING around "HOW" they are eating.)

P.S, I said "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
