AviMan generates reports based on your data. Some of these reports are explained below.
Hatch Certificate with Pedigree
Hatch certificates are usually provided to customers who buy birds from you. They show the bird details including name, band number, hatch date, species, color mutation and sex. In addition it also shows the pedigree of the bird and information of its parents and ancestors. To generate several hatch certificates select Reports->Hatch Certificate with Pedigree from the Menu Bar. An options form will be displayed. Click and select the birds that you wish to generate the certificates for and click Finish. You may also print a hatch certificate for a particular bird by right-clicking it in the list and selecting Print Pedigree.
List of Birds
This report is used to print a list of birds in your aviary. You may choose to print a list of all birds, a particular species, birds with a particular status or sex, birds born during a specific period or any combination of these parameters. Select Reports->List of Birds from the Menu Bar. An options form will be displayed. Click on the Species, Bird Status, Sex or Hatch Date nodes and select the desired values. Click Finish to display the report.
